At The Brand Crunch, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and ensure complete client satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are accepted for our services.
1. Service Agreement
All services provided by The Brand Crunch are governed by a formal agreement or proposal outlining the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement.
2. Cancellation by Client
Retainer Services (Monthly Ongoing)
- Clients may cancel monthly retainer services with a 30-day written notice.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the current month if the cancellation is made mid-cycle.
- Any scheduled deliverables or campaigns during the notice period will be completed as agreed.
Project-Based Services (One-Time Projects)
- Cancellation before the project kickoff will incur a 25% administrative fee.
- Once work has begun, a non-refundable deposit (as agreed in the contract) is retained.
- If a project is canceled after commencement but before final delivery, clients may be liable for work completed up to the cancellation date, which will be deducted from any refundable amount.
3. Cancellation by The Brand Crunch
We reserve the right to cancel a project or terminate services at our discretion due to:
- Non-cooperation from the client
- Delayed payments or non-payment
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Unlawful or unethical business practices
In such cases, clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date, and no full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve time, expertise, and digital asset creation, we do not offer full refunds once services have been initiated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Services have not yet commenced.
- There is a documented failure on our part to deliver agreed-upon services without valid cause or prior communication.
- If refund is approved amount will be credited within 4 to 5 working days in original payment method.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@thebrandcrunch.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Paid third-party media spend (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Branding, design, or strategy work already delivered
- Licensing, hosting, or domain fees
- Consultation or training sessions already completed
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the service or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our client success team at info@thebrandcrunch.com. We are committed to resolving any concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Our price starts from ₹15,000/-

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
